At this exhibition, we focused on showcasing VIGOUR's core products in the field of semiconductor gas control systems - the IGS series ultra-high purity pressure regulators and bellows sealed valves. These two product series have won high attention from attending experts for their outstanding performance and reliability.
The VIGOUR IGS series pressure regulator adopts special design and materials, ensuring ultra-high purity during gas transportation while maintaining a small equipment volume and facilitating component replacement.
