1. Function
- 1.1 VSP-9 series automatic switching system, can supply gas facilities to hospitals, factories, laboratories and other occasions, providing uninterrupted gas supply.Two side cylinder unit by using an automatic switching device to one side cylinder unit Set as "main gas supply unit", and the other side of the gas cylinder as "standby gas supply unit". When the gas supply unit that has run out of gas is replaced with a new cylinder, the gas supply unit on that side has been automatically pre-set as a "backup gas supply unit" without any user operation. The power supply is built-in, which converts 100-250V AC power into 24V DC power to supply power to the switching system. The switching system is designed to meet the requirements of national standards.
2. Safety rules
- 2.1 It is strictly prohibited to temper the specific connection part of gas, and it is strictly prohibited to change or delete the specific connection of gas part.
- 2.2 All switching system components, tools and working surfaces must be kept free of oil, grease and dust.
- 2.3 Do not use chemicals, lubricants and sealants unless specified in the instructions.
- 2.4 Before connecting the cylinder to the switching system, the cylinder valve must be opened and closed to blow out where possible Impurities such as dust and debris.
- 2.5 After connecting the cylinder, slowly open the cylinder valve.
- 2.6 Never touch the heat source to any part of the switching system.
- 2.7 Never use an open flame or "sniff" to test for system leaks.
- 2.8 High-pressure cylinders must be fixed by bottle holders, belts or chains. Uncontrolled cylinders may tip over. Thereby damaging or breaking the cylinder valve.
- 2.9 Do not repeatedly bend, substantially bend, or twist the metal hose. Otherwise, the metal hose may be damaged.
- 2.10 Do not bend a metal hose with a bend radius smaller than 76mm (3 ").
- 2.11 After the wall support of the switching system is installed, do not lift and hang the switching system on it alone Install on the bracket to avoid accidents.
- 2.12 It is forbidden to operate the switching system before the operator is aware of the relevant standards elsewhere.
- 2.13 When the switching system uses combustible gases, it must be installed in an open and ventilated environment. Keep away from open flames.
3. Install
- 3.1 Unpack, remove the whole switching system from the packaging box, and place it in the packaging place face-up On cardboard.
- 3.2 For general walls, appropriate consideration should be given to the gap occupied by gas cylinders. Mark horizontal lines and suggest high nstallation The minimum height of the degree should be 1.5m.
- 3.3 Install and fix the switching system on the wall with expansion screws as shown in Figure 2.
4. operation
- 4.1 After installation, connect the plug to the power supply and click the power button to switch the system to power on. After entering the home page, select Chinese and English language to enter the main interface of the system.
- 4.2 After entering the home screen, tap Set in the navigation bar, and enter the unlock password on the unlock page (The initial password is 8888), enter the parameter setting page to set the pressure induction value of the air supply terminal and switch Pressure, outlet pressure sensing value and safety pressure.
- The pressure induction value of the air supply end is set to 200bar, and the switching pressure setting is based on the actual need Please set, but not exceed the pressure sensor range: 0~200bar;
- The pressure induction value of the outlet end is set as 20bar, and the switching pressure setting is based on the actual demand Set, but shall not exceed the pressure sensor range: 0~20bar and pressure regulator range.
- After setting the parameters, click the "Home" button under the navigation bar to switch to the language selection interface.
- 4.3 In the main interface, the operation mode is manual mode. Click the pneumatic valve switch button on the left side: green Open the pneumatic valve, and then open the outlet pneumatic valve switch button: for green when the pneumatic valve opens the gas Enter, check whether the pressure value of the air supply end and the air outlet end shown on the screen is consistent with the set value, after everything is normal Formal automatic operation can begin.
- 4.4 Click the "Automatic Mode" switch button in the upper left corner to switch to automatic mode, and then click the lower navigation bar"Operation" button, the system starts automatic operation.
- 4.5 When the system senses that the pressure of the main supply terminal is lower than the set switching pressure, the system will automatically open the standby supply End, and then the buzzer alarm sounded, the screen flashing "P LOW" logo, at this time should be replaced by the main supply Gas cylinder on the gas end.
- 4.6 In case of emergency, you can use the emergency Stop button in the upper right corner of the screen to press down at any time The body is cut off simultaneously.
