Pressure Regulator Gas Stick – A Simple Explanation
In simple terms: The "end control panel" for gases, fixed to a wall or table like an electrical socket. With just a reach, you can adjust the gas pressure, specially designed to manage any gas that refuses to cooperate.
Structure:
- Core two-piece set: Pressure regulator (controls the pressure) + diaphragm valve (controls the gas flow), combined into one "regulating stick."
- Multiple interfaces: Includes an inlet, outlet, pressure gauge interface, and relief valve, and can also connect to sensors or alarms.

3. How to use it?

Steps for use:
Installation:
Mount on the wall using a bracket, or place on the table with a base, or even suspend it under the ceiling pipes.
Positioning rule: Install where it's easy to reach, and avoid high temperatures or vibrations.
Gas Pressure Regulation:
Connect the inlet to a gas cylinder or pipeline, and the outlet to equipment (such as burners or reactors).
Turn the regulator knob and observe the pressure gauge, adjusting to the desired pressure (e.g., reducing from 50 bar to 5 bar).
On/Off Control:
Flip the diaphragm valve handle like a faucet to "open/close" the gas flow, turning it on or off as needed.
Expansion features:
Connect an alarm to the additional interface (for pressure abnormalities) or link it to a PLC for automatic pressure data recording.
